Return & Refund Policy

At London Luxe Collection, all products are crafted from premium, hygienic-sensitive materials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions:

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

• The item received is incorrect, or

• The item arrives damaged or defective

To request a resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

London Luxe Collection reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the above criteria.
